Elegant PMA Engine is committed to the private nature of your enterprise. This policy outlines how we handle the information you provide to us.
Information We Collect: We collect necessary information to establish your PMA documents for the duration of our six-month private contract with you.
How We Use Your Information: Your information is used solely to create your founding documents, establish verbiage, and provide the guidance necessary to launch your Private Side business.
Data Sharing: As a private organization focused on the principles of Natural Law, we honor your privacy. We do not share your private contractual information with external public bodies or third parties, except as required to provide any services you request.
Terms of Service (TOS)
Private Contract: Our relationship begins with a private contract for a period of six months to establish your PMA.
Scope of Work: We provide the documents and guidance as outlined in our services. We explain the concepts, definitions, and the new way of thinking about private commerce.
Client Responsibility: While we provide the framework, you are responsible for maintaining your PMA’s principles after the six-month period, including continuing on with the process and renewing the documents.
Governing Principles: All services are offered and performed under the principles of Natural Law.
Payment Terms: Payment is arranged through a set price and a six-installment payment plan over six months. Failure to meet the payment schedule may impact the continuation of services.
